Aramj was started in 2011 by designer Aram Susong. Aram’s grandfather had been a jeweler by trade, as had his father. Intending to find employment outside of the family business, he attended the University of Northern Iowa where he graduated with a degree in Finance in 2001. After a short time working in banking, Aram returned to jewelry where he’s since honed his skills as a designer and craftsman.

Aram is passionate about designing jewelry that is fashionable, yet timeless. His personal style translates into distinctive, yet comfortable pieces. Jewelry is crafted in 14karat white gold, and features variations of diamonds and precious or semi-precious gemstones. Designs utilize different metal textures and finish and setting styles. 

 Aram and his wife Katy live in Iowa with their children, Sam and Molly; and dogs, Dohg and Lahb.
